This blog is about random things mainly dealing with current affairs. This “Law of Large Numbers” has nothing to do with “That” Law of Large Numbers. Although the two clearly resemble each other and even have the same spelling and everything, but “This” is not “That”. However, this “Law of Large Numbers” has something to do with this quote
“Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful.”

with the following modification :
“X is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful.”
and replace X by any belief that doesn’t tickle a neuron or two in someones brain to settle down.
